In June 2022, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky utilized 3D hologram technology, produced by Talesmith and ARHT Media, to address Europe’s tech community at the VivaTech conference in Paris. Zelensky called for a "digital lend-lease" to rebuild Ukraine as a digital democracy and highlighted the Diia app as a model for future, paperless government services.
