You cannot extract Part 03 alone. Ensure you have all the .rar files (Part 01, Part 02, Part 03, etc.) in the same folder .

Move the extracted files into your PES 2017 installation folder (usually under SteamLibrary > steamapps > common > Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 ). You cannot extract Part 03 alone
