: Goku and Frieza engage in a high-speed duel, matching each other blow for blow with incredible strength and speed.

: After the death of Vegeta, Goku gains a deeper connection to his Saiyan heritage and vows to defeat Frieza to avenge his fallen race.

: Frieza uses his telekinetic abilities to hurl rocks and debris at Goku. At one point, Frieza creates a lava tsunami to submerge Goku, though Goku manages to survive by using an energy shield.
