Standard "welcome" messages work best when they immediately tell the visitor who you are and what you do. Consider these real-world examples:
"Hey, welcome to my website! I'm Jasmine Jones, an Oklahoma-based artist + maker...".
"Hey! Welcome to my website. I'm a passionate software engineer and product designer...".
