To track the infection, the students start creating a "kissing map," attempting to identify everyone who kissed at the party. This map soon goes viral on social media, leading to public shaming and the exposure of secret romances, including those of Chico and Alex.

The series uses this viral outbreak as a metaphor for the "virus of conservatism" and the friction between a rebellious younger generation and the rigid, traditional values of their elders. Kissing Game – S1 Review | Netflix Series from Brazil

The story of the second episode, titled "," centers on the escalating panic and tragedy as the virus takes its first victims. Episode 2 Story Summary

Bel (Isabel), who was the first to show symptoms—including a strange dark mark on her mouth and glowing blood vessels—dies from the virus. Her death triggers an immediate sense of urgency and fear among the town's youth.

Shortly after Bel's death, another classmate dies after falling from a window, further traumatizing the students of Modelo High.

As more students develop symptoms, the community's tension rises. Principal Guiomar attempts to maintain order but is unaware that her own daughter, Manu, is secretly involved in the social circles spreading the virus.

Fran, Chico, and Alex Nero team up to uncover the source of the outbreak. Initially, Fran suspects the disease might be linked to drugs taken at a "cult" party in the forest outside their town, Progresso.
