It’s "80s weird" at its finest. While it’s technically a kids' movie, it has a surprisingly dark and grungy aesthetic that might be a bit intense for very young children today.
This is definitely not for kids. It’s an R-rated "Zom-Com" that balances extreme gore with a lot of heart and humor. Think Shaun of the Dead meets Kindergarten Cop . Little Monsters YIFY
Lupita Nyong'o is fantastic as a ukulele-playing teacher who will do anything to keep her students' spirits up, even if it means decapitating zombies. Josh Gad also gives a hilariously unhinged performance as a children's entertainer who is actually a terrible person. It’s "80s weird" at its finest
