The story follows (played by Olga Bołądź), a journalist struggling to cope with the suicide of her 12-year-old son, Piotruś. Just as she and her husband, Jacek, plan to move to the Netherlands for a fresh start, Agnieszka is approached by Rafał , a man she once wrote a report about who is currently serving time for murder.
