By May 1969, Mortimer’s album was mastered and ready for release, scheduled to follow The Iveys (who later became Badfinger). However, everything changed when was appointed as the Beatles' business manager. Klein’s arrival led to a massive shake-up; he ousted Apple President Ron Kass and Peter Asher resigned shortly after.
