By May 1969, Mortimer’s album was mastered and ready for release, scheduled to follow The Iveys (who later became Badfinger). However, everything changed when was appointed as the Beatles' business manager. Klein’s arrival led to a massive shake-up; he ousted Apple President Ron Kass and Peter Asher resigned shortly after. The album's highlight was an unexpected gift: gave the band a new, unreleased song titled " On Our Way Home ". Mortimer recorded it in late April 1969, intending for it to be their debut Apple single. The Beatles themselves would later record the same song for the Let It Be album, retitling it " Two of Us ". Corporate Turmoil and the Vault Klein’s arrival led to a massive shake-up; he
