My curiosity piqued, I purchased the folder and took it home. As I opened it, I found a collection of cryptic files and a note that read:
"Beware, reader, for the tales within are not for the faint of heart. They will consume your mind and haunt your dreams. Proceed with caution." The_Darkest_Tales-Razor1911.rar
When I came to, I was back in the antique shop, facing the same shopkeeper. He smiled knowingly and said, "The tales have claimed another victim. You see, some stories are better left untold." My curiosity piqued, I purchased the folder and took it home
One story in particular caught my attention: "The Shadows in the Mirror". It was about a person who discovered that their mirror reflection was becoming increasingly autonomous, developing its own sinister personality. As I read on, I started to feel an eerie presence in the room, and I swore I saw my own reflection move out of the corner of my eye. Proceed with caution
As I stumbled out of the shop, I noticed that my reflection in the window was acting strangely, its eyes seeming to follow me. I realized that I had become a part of "The_Darkest_Tales", and I might never be able to escape.
I laughed it off, thinking it was just a silly warning from a group of overactive writers. But as I began to read the stories, I realized that the warning was not idle. The tales were dark, twisted, and grotesque, delving into themes of madness, terror, and the supernatural.
The next morning, I was found unconscious on my floor, the folder still clutched in my hand. The police reported that I had been experiencing some sort of psychogenic fugue state, and I had no recollection of what happened.
